So I gathered some of the thoughts of SOME of the girls, I’ll have some more girls thoughts later this week.
This is the second week of VA beach and it’s only getting hotter! We work 3 times a day, until we are covered in sand from head to toe! Although we are exhausted, we sneak in some fun. Here is what some of the 2008 Virginia Beach girls have on their minds.
Mandy Houston: I liked swimming in the ocean after class.
Sarah Annis: I liked stretching and swimming at the end of classes.
Sarah Houston: I liked going into the ocean after workouts, and eating the delicious foods that Inna the chef would make.
Harper Lundgren: I liked being able to swim in the ocean after steaming, scorching, HOT workouts!

All of the skaters in
attendance received a personalized certificate from their coach and the Club
President noting something that the coach thought was memorable from 2007 or
a Club award for Achievement. Alexei presented all the Learn to Skate
students in attendance with a Participation Certificate preceded by an
individual introduction and memory of the skater.
Coach Sharon Sanders is
leaving us to help her daughter in Arkansas and her skaters gave her a
wonderful tribute. She will be sorely missed by her students and the entire
Club.
